Mr. Payne retired and began working for S.C. Fire Consulting, Inc. after working 21 years for a fire department in the Houston area. He retired at the rank of Battalion Chief and held various positions, including Assistant Fire Marshal. While serving in the Fire Marshal's Office, he conducted numerous cause and origin investigations and performed fire code inspections. Calvin is licensed in Texas and is located out of Waxahachie, Texas, just south of Dallas & Fort Worth.
